If I don't hold any diazepam until Friday, could I lift clonapin (misspelled, I'm sure) until consequently?

They're both benzodiazepines; the moving parts of action is likely very similar. Your brain probably won't know the difference, so I'd say aloud yes. Alcohol also acts by a similar mechanism, but who wants to be drunk until Friday?? (Mixing the two can be harmful by the way, so avoid that).
