I am a sophomore in high school near a current GPA of 3.41. My strong points in school are sciences and math: biology, chemistry, algebra, and geometry.

A am involved in soccer, drama club, forensics troop, swim team, track and field, a summer job lifeguard, national honor society, and medical art club.

I am worried my gpa isn't high enough.....any advice?

That is okay... Just go in and be yourself. My dad had exact same entry and now he is a doctor... Just be yourself!
My ambition is also to become a doctor. I don't think your gpa is not so low.To study medicine the earth-shattering subjects are math and science subjects. Anyway try your best to become a doctor. Don't lose your hope. Best of luck.
Don't verbs about it. My GPA was only roughly speaking a 3.5-3.6. What matters is your college GPA. Medical schools do not look your high college grades. So what is important is your GPA in college, MCAT's, and forming impressive extracurriculars. What is suitable is that your strong points are in the math-science field which you will definitely call for in becoming a physician.
