what is this in my gums?

please be polite; and if you can; can you say how can you get it? cures? assistance?

can it be gingivitous or Pyogenic granuloma?

and this photo is from today. and as you can see in the swollen chunk of my gums you can see a redish brown thing in my gums (circled in red).

ur gums look unhealthy. i hav braces and if u dont brush in good health the gums get puffy
as 4 the red thing, c a dentist. looks like an infection, and it ain't pretty. could b serious so c a tdentist ASAP
Well at times my gums swell up if I brush with a medium toothbrush especially when I floss. It may be that or an infection. I don't think it would be herpes. See your dentist. If you are afraid to own something you should go get tested. I did and now I discern a whole lot better. I think you should be ok. Good luck!
