Why the color of our urine become so yellowish after taking Vitamin B Complex?
Answers:
It's the B2 (Riboflavin) that causes the bright neon-yellow urine. And yes, it means that there be more in the pill than your body absorbed. That doesn't mean that you're flushing your money down the toilet... newly that you didnt quite absorb ALL of the B2. The neon yellow urine is immaculately normal and will not hurt you at all.
I'm not personally an urge for constant supplementation. The ideal case is to optimize digestion and then get hold of your nutrients from your food. Supplements should ideally be used for therapeutic reasons only.
But we dont live contained by an ideal world... and we work within our limits. So if you're not consumption as well as you could/should or your digestion is less than optimal, adding a few well-chosen supplements is a worthy idea until you're ready/able to make some changes.
AND if, similar to most of the rest of us, you're stressed and your body/spirit is taxed with the 75 Gabillion items on your daily "to do" inventory, a B-complex goes a long way toward helping your body deal next to the stress. Source(s): Naturopathic Doctor
Vitamin B is water soluble. So any excess of the vitamin (What's left over after your body's stores are complete) goes out next to your urine.
So that's basically the expensive vitamins that are in the toilet bowl.
Most people do not call for extra B vitamins in their diet. Especially if you do not limit the amount of animal products that you eat.
