Are T memory cells the same as B memory cell?
PS i know that B cells evolve in the bone marrow whereas T cells originate contained by the bone marrow but mature in the Thymus gland. But is there any significant difference?

T memory cell are not the same as B memory cells, they are produced during the course of an infection and stay quiet until a reexposure to the antigen cause these cells to activate and proliferate.
T memory cells differentiate into TCD8 citotoxic cell which can kill different infected cells when it recognizes foreing antigens surrounded by the surface of the cells, TCD4 helper cells which can collaborate near B cells to produce antibodies (TH2 TCD4) or can activate macrophagus and intracellular immunity to exterminate microorganisms inside the cells (TH1 TCD4).
B memory cells, when exposed to corresponding strange antigens, differentiate into plasma cells and starts at the double the production of large amounts of G antibodies, these type of antibodies are more effective to eliminate infections and are produced contained by a late adaptative immune response or in a secondary immune response, this is an immune response cause by reexposure to an antigen to which a previous response was already generated and thus there are lymphocyte B memory cell.
