Ibuprofen, Tylenol or Aspirin?

Is there any particular rationale behind your choice?
Answers:
Aspirin or Ibuprofen. Tylenol is horrible for your liver. And plus, people beside blood clotting diseases take Aspirin to prevent blood clots (like me).

idk why but thats the one and only one that works for me!
Aspirin rocks, it's the only over the counter tablet that actually does anything.
1. Tylenol impressive and easy on the stomach

2. Aspirin Effective but can be harsh on your stomach

3. Ibuprofen. Works good but over time not simply irritates intestines but it can cause bleeding. Source(s): Painfully aware.
