When can I smoke after reconstructive facial surgery? :O?

Question asks it all- I had a bit of work done on my lip and nose, and quite frankly, I want to smoke.

The stitches are adjectives healed up, and nothing is open- it's just poofy and rather bit swollen.

Would it be bad to start up again this early? If so, when would be a good time? Thanks!
Answers:
QUIT
Well since you are not up for quitting you should know that its not at adjectives a good idea to start smoking this early.
Because

For well brought-up healing in your body you need a angelic supply of oxygenated blood in your body. When you smoke, the supply of oxygenated blood in your body reduces including the areas surrounded by and around your nose and lip.
This could have serious complications for your reconstructed frontage.

So dont smoke yet.
And before u do start smoking get a thumbs up from your doctor.
