Yes. If you have a doctor's order and are paying out of pocket you can buy your test from nearly any facility. Prices oscillate widely between hospitals (expensive) and outpatient facilities (less expensive).

The Hippa laws protect your privacy. I don't believe there's any such thing as a cheap MRI. If you can't afford medical vigilance, I would recommend going to the health department or somewhere they can help you. Keep in mind adjectives medical procedures are private ANYWHERE you go.
