Can a physiotherapist can do masters within medication or surgery?(or any point to practise allopathy medicine)?

hi, im a physiotherapy student who loves his course..but indians are so obsessed with tablets & injections , so how can i prescribe drugs..is there any course approaching that in the world...why cant a p.t do masters in that?cos in india an diploma contained by engineering can do bachelors in that or any degree holder can do m.b.a .. means why cant a ably qualified studient who is studyin a course with a syallabus equivalent to medicine cant do...? or if he is lackin anythin he can be trained in that nouns n keep an exam n give license to him...y nobody is bothered but everybody wants to treat a forgiving like de way a dr. treats...c 'mon i want a serious answer....?

In India education including medical rearing is moderated by politicians and business men. I personally feel paramedics can be given 2 to 3 yrs training to qualify as medical graduates. Degree holders among nurses pharmacists,laboratory technicians surface this way. Wait till a physiotherapist or a nurse becomes a minister.
