I really want to be a Doctor. However, i'm mortal credible and considering person a paramedic.?
Could anyone tell me the main differences in these field (In the UK) ?

The differences are pretty much the same as in the US.
A paramedic works within defined precincts (protocols). These protocols, written by doctors are guidance as to what to do in the case of a heart attack, etc.
A doctor has vastly more instruction. That & experience give him/her the ability to handle complex situations short guidance (if necessary).
