I want to be a doctor but?
I want to be a doctor but I'm doing really horrible in undergrad. My science class grades are in the C range. But I'm really zealous about being a doctor! Is it possible to raise up my gpa and still engineer it in Med school? I'm currently in my 3rd year of undergrad and own retaken many classes.. Does it look bad to retake classes or not graduating contained by time? I'm starting to lose hope and thinking about changing my major :( What do you do when you want it so doomed to failure? I need advice.

You really enjoy to improve your grades but don't be tense about it. Study and if you don't fathom out something go to your lecturer. There are times when we need someone to assistance us.

GPA counts for a lot in medical applications. Options to consider include international medical universities (which tend to enjoy less stringent GPA requirements but outrageous tuitions costs), or pursuing a Graduate degree following the completion of your studies (which can provide extra points when you're being rank against other medical applicants). If you're in your third year of undergrad take this opportunity to raise your GPA - several schools allow you to drop your worst year from your cummulative GPA, but do not allow you to use your 4th year as your dropped year (meaning you can have a strong 3 and 4th year on record, beside only one of your first two years considered).
Also, work on features that will help round out your application (such as volunteer positions, travel, etc - essentially, non-academic achievements).
Finally, consider what makes you so eager about practicing medicine. Becoming a physician is not the only bearing to be involved in the Health Care field. Look at careers surrounded by nursing, pharmacy, occupational therapy, rehab therapy, nutrition - the possibilities are relentless!

C's are not acceptable. A rare B is OK, but you're going to need mostly A's surrounded by undergrad to just be able to survive in med arts school.

You might want to start thinking of other careers. There are plenty of things you can do contained by the health care field short going to medical school. Each member of the health comfort team is valuable, so another career can be a great nouns for you.

Get back and revise those subjects, C grade isn't enough. Take tutorials that help next to your science subjects, try and make the most of the short undergad time you have remaining. I am not one to say what is and isn't possible, so try to stay positive and motivated.

You can be physologist than maybe? Or be a paramedic...you know those guys in the ambulances, or you could become a military medic, which doesn't require med college.
use the best of your ability to get good grades and try harder. if this is the best you can do... a doctor only might not be the the best job for you.

I wanted to be a performer- I play flute. When I get to college I chickened out and got a music education degree. Now that the discount is bad they are cutting music programs, therefore I can't attain hired anywhere...
Now I owe money in student loans for a degree I can almost never use...
