I drive an Acura MDX. if people were to smoke weed in my sports car with the windows up, would the smell stick into the leather? or would it air out eventually?

It will air out eventually. But to be exact a horrible situation to be in if you get pulled over by a cop because they have great nose and even if it's been a later that day I'm sure they will smell it and afterwards want to search your car. If your going to smoke I suggest not doing it in your motor.
WTF difference does the make and model have. If you cook your car out on a regular basis, it will smell like weed. Even if the smell doesn't stick to the leather, it would still bring back into the interior lining of the roof and your carpets.
