Becoming an Emergency prescription physician or a pathologist?
which career would you be suitable for? I would like a job that is flexible, more time with family, more respect, and well brought-up pay? Which one would you pick from these two and why? Pros and cons.

The emergency room physician is under constant stress while working. This is bad for the physician and his house.
The pathologist has vastly more control over his life with much smaller amount stress.
Both jobs will pay reasonably economically.
Ok, there is almost nothing in adjectives between those two careers, and if you're considering both of them, it's because you have absolutely no notion which fields of medicine interest you.
So I would first find out what interests you, then try to digit out a nice, lifestyle-friendly way to do that.
That isn't how you pick a specialty. You do rotations in med school, and find out what you love, and to be exact what you do.
If you're not more than halfway through med school, it's silly to speculate on what you think you'd similar to to do. You can choose something, but you'll change your mind.
In med school, you find where you fit surrounded by. What's the sense of dedicating your life to pathology if you hate it, a moment ago so you can show up to work later?
