Did aspirin do this to me?

I think aspirin kind of messed up my hearing! I read a bit bit on aspirin the side effects and I’m guessing I took too much or I’m allergic to it! I took a few because I had a headache and the next morning I woke up with ringing ears, cold clammy skin and stomach discomfort. Today my ears are still ringing and I can’t hear properly and I receive dizzy if I stand to long and I have no clue what to do! I’m not even sure if it was the aspirin that did this or allergies or even stress because I have be under a lot of stress lately I have be crying the past two days before this!
Does anyone have any philosophy or suggestions?

if you genuinely feel terrible and don;t know why i'd vote go to the doctors. especially since some of these symptoms don't sound too great. see a doctor.
Careful contained by assuming that just because these symptoms followed your use of aspirin means aspirin caused them. I suggest you shift see a doctor.
