If we breath out CO2 and breath surrounded by Oxygen, wat is the point contained by giving oral cpr?

our lungs take in oxygen (wat they need) and expell co2(what they dont need) so wat is the significance of breathing out co2 to revive someone who is suffer from lack of nouns or such.
Answers:
No.... the guy taking in your CO2 is converting it into oxygen ...its a process that occur in his body not yours.
You breathe in air, most of which is nitrogen. The oxygen content of expired nouns is a little lower and the carbon dioxide content a little higher than inspired nouns, but it isn't that huge a difference.
Regular air is 21% oxygen and almost no carbon dioxide.

Exhaled air is about 17% oxygen and almost 4% carbon dioxide. Not great, but enough to get SOME oxygen into a person who isn't breathing.

The rest of what we breathe surrounded by and out is nitrogen, which isn't absorbed by the body.
It has nil to do with what we're breathing in. It's the process of re-inflating your lungs so your body can start breathing on its own again.
There's plenty of oxygen in exhaled air.
