Does giveing blood hurt?
i'm at work and today i have been asked to give blood i will, but i wanna know how painfull it is, can any one walk step by step of how they do it please?
even if it is alittle painful i still want to do it, as i'd expect it if i got hit by a car etc....

no it dont hurt..but chomp through somthing before you give it great job you giving blood!!

if you have ever gotten a shot or had blood taken at a hospital, its like thing.
there will be a room of people sitting at desks.
you will be call to a desk and asked some questions.
it will feel like they are giving you a shot, but they are wadding these vials with your blood.
usually, the person taking blood realizes if you are awfully nervous, and will try to calm you down before everything and will answer any question you have.
after the initial prick of the needle, you don't really feel it.
but it does consistency weird.
if you are squeamish you shouldn't look because there will be vials of your blood. once the needle is surrounded by, they will ask you to clench your fist, and let go, to get the blood pumping.
you will hold to do this a few times to fill a few vials.
afterwards, you shouldn't feel too dizzy, but there might be a moment or two. but while you are going through this, you should gain some juice and a cookie to help get you going again.
you may be aware of a bit weak for a bit, but you shouldn't really notice it.
i did it in high-ranking school to get out of class for the day,
and be surprised how easy it was and how it felt afterwards.

No, it doesn't hurt at all, you feel a small prick contained by your arm and then the blood flows up a tube into a bag, after a while your arm goes slightly numb because at hand is less blood in it but then it restores to commonplace state afterwards.
There is the very slightest of scratches as the needle go in, nothing else. You can have a nice conversation whilst you are giving blood as you dint touch it at all.
Afterwards your arm may ache a little for 24 hours and you will hold a bruise the size of your thumb for about a week.
It really is worth it!

levels), hurts more than the donation. But I wouldn't have done it 109 times if it hurt. Believe me, I wouldn't!!
