What variety of doctor would do emergency operation, similar to severe sports car accident or something?
I'm guessing some kind of surgeon, but what kind, specifically, would work with emergency things?

However, an Emergency Room Physician deal with stabilizing the lenient and keeping them alive long enough to get to the trauma surgeon, and sometimes performs operation on the spot if they are critical.
A trauma surgon is what your looking for. They complete residency (4 years after med school) as a nonspecific sergon, which means they do a little bit of everything. Then they specialize (2 years of more) as a trauma surgon. Very cool Job. And start out at $300,000 a year.
