Is is it possible increase the temperature of my semen somehow for ejaculation? Like dipping my testicles into moderately warm water?

Well this will not work. The sperm cell produced by the testes take about 70 days until mature adequate to fertilize. So the sperm that is ejaculated is actually surrounded by the vas deferens and are mature. Next the most volume of semen comes from the seminal vesicles and the prostate. The prostate is at the neck of the bladder, and the seminal vesicles are at the posterior wall of the bladder. Neither are accessible to a hot water hip bath.
Not quite sure why you would want to but anyhow if you masturbated slower and warmed your penis up your semen should also increase Temperature as it travels up the penis.
