What are the probability of working surrounded by a hospital as a CNA?

okay so im 18, in my first year of college majoring in nursing. i really want to work (mostly on the weekends) but finding a job is tuff so im planning on taking cna classes within the summer and if i pass, i plan to take the test obviously and hopefully receive my licenses. i am also getting ready to start volunteering in a hospital inwardly the next two weeks. my question is what are chances of getting a work in a hospital after i receive my license because id rather work surrounded by a hospital than in a nursing home, also is it as easy as i made it just nouns, i mean can i really go to a class for 6 to 12 weeks and go pocket a state test and get my license?, am i going to be required to have experience since i can work? will my volunteering count for anything? help please! oh ive also called a view nursing homes within my area and asked if they did training and they all said no, i had hear that some nursing homes will hire and train for your license as long as you agree to work for them.... just thought id add that contained by
