I'm pretty down, call for a pill?

I'm going through some hard times. I've some personal and mental problems (weight issues) and sometimes I feel so desperate. I was wondering whether here is some sort of pill I can take when I feel down. My problems are not big, very silly in actuality. But sometimes I feel as if I can't cope with myself anymore. I have an inner voice that other tells me that I'm wrong. And I just want to have a more fair life.

Is there any sort of legal (it's not that I'm after drugs) pill I can pinch without seeing a doctor?

No, tablets are not the solution to your problem. You obligation some counselling to address your problem issues. You need help to understand why you ponder the way you do and devise different ways of thinking more positively. I hope you are able to find someone to help you.
I suggest a good therpist and one one one performance with your inner being.I'm taking cymbalta and I'm not going to say you should hold medication because,it would not be right but..is right for me may not be right for you.Plus I love my meds to share my happiness.

look girl there is no magic pill. Yes within is anti depressant pills. but girl thats not the way. Trust me on this. you'll start feeling weird while taking them, within other words you'll be more emotional than ever and if you try to get off of them its more of a urge because if you miss one, you'll be scared to death of fear and thats how suicide happen....look you seem like a good being do me a favor and go shopping for something nice and enjoy your life, if your single capture a boyfriend or a pet that can be kept indoor. try to keep your mind occupied at all cost and if you do that you'll own no time to think about being desperate/down/sad or doesn`t matter what.....I seen to many good relatives fall on this crap that main them a completely different person...yea they say aloud their fine....but in their own little fantasy world.. which cause them to move about insanity....
