Medicine cross-question??
I picked up my medicine at the pharmacy, and I noticed that the pills look different, there matching size but the color completely different. I felt different the last few days since ive taken them, my question is, to pharmacies collectively change the way there pills look? One pill that ive be on for 3 years has never changed.

If the pills be produced by a different company, they may contain a different dye. You could check the leaflet in the pill box to see whether it is so. But it's unfortunately also possible that these are put-on pills
name brand vs. generic.
as long as the chemical is the same, then it's alright. most of the time (different methods of purification between companies... some methods are better and more stable than others).
however, if you be aware of different, then its a huge possibility that its the wrong one!!
but to be sure, take it back to the pharmacy and own them address your concern. that is the only way you can be sure. bring the medicine back to them, tell them like peas in a pod thing you told us, and tell them the color of the old pill and show them the tentative pills. also tell them you have been taking it for a year and never notice a color change until now.
If its the wrong medicine, help yourself to it back!
I honestly thought this would be a no-brainer. Source(s): MD with Pharmaceutical background.
go back to the pharmacy and speak about them
