How should I present my stem cell research presentation?
I have to do a presentation on stem cell research. My partner and I were thinking of doing a powerpoint, but I don't know how to go in the order of it. What would I include in my first slide? What kind of pictures should I have? Should we enjoy any videos? Anything will help.
Answers:
first slide is usually title and names
afterwards talk about what stem cells are
types of stem cell (adult, embryonic)
history (when were they discovered, major breakthroughs)
life cycle of stem cell
why are they significant, why people do research on them
current research being done that concerns stem cells
end slide can just have the word "Questions" so you remember to take question from the audience (if you are allowed)
pictures of actual stem cells, how stem cells divide, major empire in the field (a video can substitute for the any of these but not really necessary)
good luck!
