What would increase blood surrounded by my body?

and is it good
Answers:
Hmmm...I'm not sure if I perfectly understand your interrogate, but I'll try and answer it. When you go to higher elevations within the world there is less oxygen in the upper air. As a result, the body creates more red blood cells to compensate for the lack of oxygen (i.e. the cells stipulation oxygen from the environment ans since the oxygen in the environment is low the body makes more red blood cells surrounded by order increase their chance of becoming saturated beside oxygen.) It's like buying multiple lotto tickets in order to increase your probability of winning. Now technically this wouldn't really increase your blood, but your amount of red blood cells per unit volume (know surrounded by the medical field as hematocrit). Now if you ingest a lot of sodium it will cause the retention of wet in the kidneys and cause the volume in your vascular system to increase. This, if it is allowed to go on over a long time, can lead to hypertension which can progress to numerous heart diseases....including coronary artery disease, and chronic heart failure.
Why do you care how much blood you own? Are you trying to get an unfair advantage at sports?

You can increase your level of red blood cells (hematocrit) with a drug called epogen (erythropoietin). This will increase the oxygen carrying size of your blood, increasing the endurance and strength of your muscles.

Several athletes were caught doing this at the recent summer olympics. Tsk tsk. You can do this, but it can be dangerous to hold higher than normal levels of red blood cell. You put yourself at a very high risk of heart attack and stroke. Its more a question of when, not if.
