How do you get the impression nearly taking organs (example the corneas) from the departed and implant them into the livin?

I am an organ donor and I hope that my organs will be good enough at the time of my passing, to be implanted into someone who's life depends on a new liver, lung, heart, cornea's, kidneys etc. I think culture would feel better about it if they had robustness problems themselves, or if a member of their family needed a transplant. I would suggest that everyone become an organ donor because let's face it, once we are deceased we will no longer be needing them. Plus, a small part of you continues to live on in someone else. It have been known that the personality or other traits of the donor, go past on into the receipient. Amazing stuff.

Well, we call for organs and tissues, and if they can be harvested from those who no longer need them and used to help the living, later that's a good thing. It's not ideal from heaps points of view, but it's the best solution we have so far, and even harvesting from adjectives sources we can there are still too few organs and tissues to go around.
Honestly, if it were my world, everyone would enjoy all usable organs and tissues harvested upon death, in that are living people who need them, it just seem insane to deny someone potentially lifesaving treatment because somebody feels squeamish about donating organs after death.

If the person has written that they'd like their organs to be donated when they die, I see zilch wrong with it. Doing it without having written consent until that time hand is violating the sanctity of the lifeless.

I hope that if I'm ever injured to the point that I can't survive, but my organs could help someone else, that they'll be given to those whose life would be made better next to them. After all, *I* certainly won't have any more use for them after I'm gone, so if someone else's life span can be made better, I think that's a good thing.
Personally I would presume it to be a very nice thing to do for someone on your way out. I hope they slice me up when im gone. Wouldn't you want to put aside a life after your gone?
