Why do so masses medication enjoy interactions near lexapro?

I am in pain. I got muscle relaxers call flexiril but I guess the doctor didn't know they had interactions. I cant really blame her now that I find out that this medicine I am on interacts next to thousands of medications including Ibuprofen and basically everything else in the world. What make this medication have so many interactions?

Many many medication have many interactions.
Escitalopram (the proper name for lexapro) is collectively a safe medication. Many of the interactions are along the lines of one dug will lower the blood levels of the other drug etc etc. If your doctor has prescribed a second tablet consequently you could always phone up to see if the interaction is enough to make him or her cart notice (there is always the chance they own not noticed (there are far too many medications for anyone to know adjectives of the drugs and the interactions)). Otherwise I'd see what effects it has on you, you may be able to take the two medication together with no side effects. Sometimes it's a bit of suck it and see.
