Will taking adderall once exact any longterm effects?

i am a 15 year old female .last dark i took 50mg of adderall ( i dont have a prescription) just to see what it was similar to.first time. i just talked alot and alot. couldnt sleep all dark , was all jittery all dark, but thats normal right? but anyways, im still feeling jitttery today will it go away? how long does this jittery sensation last ? and again it was my first time , and im not planning on doing it again. will this one time thing motive any longterm effects.
and are speed and meth the same thing? so does that mean i took meth?
