Need to know roughly speaking over the counter Cold Medication?

I am suffering from a bad cold & sore throat .I am leaving for vacation tommorow.Just needed to know if there is any good over the counter cold medication that works really well & hastily.

i dont know any over the counter medicatation but if u want to get better i would ask a doctor and he will tell u the medication but it may be over the counter or it may not
I think that cold meds a moment ago mask the signs and symptoms. nothing cures a cold except time.
