Moon frontage:Is nearby a channel of recounting my big obverse is H20retention, margarine, swollen glands, stretched muscles, etc.?

My face is abnormally large. I observe it moreso in pictures when I see it compared to normal people. LOL It's gotten extremely round and not the normal round that people have. It's similar to the moon face people on steroids get. Is in attendance an easey way I can find out if it's swollen glands, stretched muscles, fat, water, etc. ?

My maseter muscles discern huge compared to others? (i've checked)

Unless you are on a systemic corticosteroid, it's more than likely that it's simply deposition of fat.
