My t4 smooth is 1.08 and my tsh rank is 1.445. are these average?

You didn't include units, so it would be difficult to be sure. Normal T4 levels are 4.5-12.5 mcg/dL or 58-161 nmol/L. Free T4 levels are 0.8-1. ng/dL or 10-23 picomol/L. TSH level are normally 0.5-4.7 uIU/mL so basing on just TSH, your level seem fine. And if your T4 level is free T4 in ng/dL, you are surrounded by the correct range. Usually, in the US, screens are TSH and total T4 surrounded by mcg/dL.
