Why does the parliament put boater?

Do to people complaining I removed the other text.

Why does the government put sou`wester so there is a shortage of doctors? And why does the US spend more on heathcare than Canada ?

When you look at the GDP why is heathcare get so little? And why do doctors want $150,000 a year but there is giant price and bad heathcare .

Is doctors not to save lives that get rich? Why does the US or Canada not remove hat on doctors to bring the price down.

Doctors need to be bright people, and it's also true that med school+residency takes a long time and a large amount of effort ... but it's also true that many of the licensing requirements for physicians are determined by physicians. The ancestors who do become physicians aren't the only ones who would be capable of handling the work if given a chance, but chunk of the reason for the situation you describe is that the physicians themselves keep the numbers low, to help keep hold of their own salaries high. (The same thing is true of the legalized profession also.)

One reason that you're overlooking for the high price of healthcare is frivolous lawsuits. In some jurisdictions within the U.S., the law allows a suit to be brought if *any* part of the health vigilance process took place within that jurisdiction. This creates a situation where even if a patient developed an syndrome in Smith County, East Dakota; and also lives in and was treated within Smith County, if he or she drove 300 miles over to Jones County just to get the prescription filled, a lawsuit can be file there. There are certain counties in the U.S. which are not respectable for having jury pools which will grant extravagant verdict contained by civil suits -- the residents of those places seem to justify it to themselves with the thought that the insurance company have very deep pockets and can afford to pay several million dollars short missing it (which of course is not true). Pretty soon, the general public realizes what's going on, and everyone contained by the state drives to Jones County to get their prescriptions filled, viewing it as kinda like playing the lottery -- if something minor go wrong, they might get a seven- or even eight-figure sum from it. The insurance companies quickly figure out that they're going to hold to pay out much more for liability coverage for physicians in East Dakota, and raise the rates for doctors (which are already large to begin with). The result -- despite those $150,000 incomes, many doctors can't afford liability insurance while practicing there and sign out the state to work elsewhere -- leaving all of East Dakota short of physicians.
Because people want just the brightest people in the country to be their doctors due to the fact that they literally trust them next to their lives. They get paid so much because they arguably work more hours than most, if not adjectives, professions and society demands perfection from them. Not to mention the high costs of years of education and insurance they have to spend within order to even begin to practice medicine. IMO, doctors go and get paid not enough for the work that they do and should be better compensated, but maybe I'm in recent times bias ;)
