Pill Capsules dissolving and digestive system?

Ever since i was little Ive been able to regurgitate my food minutes to hours after i hold digested it without having to stick my fingers down my throat, Does anyone know why that is?

Also i meditate it has something to do with the regurgitation not allowing a pill capsule to dissolve, whenever i steal a capsule even like 10 hrs was the longest after i took the pill, i regurgitated my food and it terminated up in my mouth the capsule didn't even dissolve it just expanded, Does anyone know if the regurgitation make something wrong with my digestive system or why this happens where the pill wont dissolve, i try not to regurgitate food its lately happens unknowingly sometimes, i drink plenty of water i thought that would help but it didn't.
