I eventually want to be an nurse anesthetist when i get old. I would like to be an anesthesiologist but I don't want to dance through tough medical school for 13 plus years. So I am going to settle for being a Nurse Anesthetist. When I go to arts school I just want to get my highest point in nursing and/or nurse anesthesia.
Is it possible to have a doctorate in nursing THEN seize a doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia? If so how long do you think that would take if i go to school full time?

I laugh at the "settle for being a Nurse Anesthetist" line. It's not an smooth program to get into. Even those that make it in don't other finish if they can't perform clinically. I've seen a few who were book smart but precarious in the OR.

However, with your attitude you are not going to get fundamentally far. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to become a nurse anesthetist. You need to bring back your BSN (bachelor's of science in nursing) which is a 4 year degree. Then you will have to hold several years of working experience in critical care areas and then you can apply to a college that offer a MSN (Master's of science in nursing degree) that specializes in nurse anesthetist (I think that's in the order of 2 years of training). Then you can sit for the exams necessary to become a CRNA (certified registered nurse anesthetist).
