I hold a view.............?
If you drink alcohol fast then it effects the blood stream faster. What about drinking milk really in a hurry with shot glasses. Does that work the same? I am on the other hand to test if my hypothesis is correct.
Answers:
Probably not, alcohol is a poison contained by the correct amounts and it effects your body in different ways than say milk or water.
Have you never heard of the milk chug stand up to? Obviously not or you wouldn't ask. What happens when you chug milk really fast? You puke before you finish the decanter. Simple as that. Seriously, you tube it. There's videos of people doing it all together and respectively one dyes their milk a different color so they make rainbow puke. Yeah, makes you kind of proud to be impossible to tell apart species doesn't it?
But if you're talking about drinking a whole bunch of milk slowly over the course of a few hours similar to you would with beers, then apart from having indigestion because your body could not produce lactase (lactose enzyme) brisk enough, then your blood calcium levels would probably rise. Your body would probably excrete it past it caused any problems, but I wouldn't suggest it.
There was a lady within my area who took part in a radio contest a few years ago. They have a bunch of people come on the air and every so often they have to drink a whole bunch of water and the last human being to pee won a wii. The lady died because she didn't replace all the electrolytes she lost from having to excrete so much hose.
Moral of the story. Go ahead and be dumb nobody cares unless it's funny and we get to laugh at you.
I discourage you from conducting this dangerous experiment, however, the faster you drink, the more quickly your serum alcohol will turn up, indeed. Please consider passing on the experiment and just take my word for it that your hypothesis is correct.
Milk does not contain adjectives that much alcohol so drinking it rapidly will not lead to an increase of alcohol in your serum. Eating coleslaw hastily will also have a negligible effect on BAC.
