Hypothetical skin... What would be the diagnosis?

Female, 26 yo, living in the city, exercises everyday for at least an hour. Has recurrent numbness of the toes and fingers, palpitations in need tachycardia, hr at rest 65, pain in back (lumbar and T12ish) and lower partly of the abdomen (specially right quadrant) constant "bubbling" and constipation. Thanks in advance...
Answers:
Don't know, but would first focus on thyroid function and thorough neurological exam. Then proceed from in that. Numbness of toes and fingers may be secondary to unconscious hyperventilation or to disorder of calcium/phosphorus regulation, ie. kidneys or parathyroid gland.
hers sounds more like a psychosomatic manifestation. In an antediluvian women diabetes will come first in my mind. adrenal pathology can cause this. i will investigate her blood electrolytes and thyroid function. her weight? she must be anorexic.
