What are the possible genetic combinations of a child whose parents' blood types are A and B?
I'm trying to figure out how to set up the punnett square to figure this out too. Would it look like this:
A B
A AA AB
B AB BB
So, would the possibilities be AA, AB & BB? I'm hoping I'm on the right track here beside this stuff! Thanks so much in advance!!

You're on the right track with the first square you typed into "additional details," but you'll stipulation to do a couple more crosses:
AAxBB is correct, and you've done it the right way. Make sure you also include the following crosses:

AAxBO
AOxBO
Im not sure if you quite phrased the question correctly.... did you connote that both of the child's parents are AB, or is one A and one B? If both parents are AB then the punnett square would look like:
A B
A AA AB
B AB BB In This case the child's possible blood types
Would be, as you said, AA, BB, and AB.
IF one parent have A and the other B then the punnett square would look like:
A A
B AB AB
B AB AB
In this case the child's possible blood types are AB and that's it.
My best proposal is to think about what you are asking because the blood types of the offspring are determined by the parents.(Meaning amount out which parent has which blood type) Seems like you're on the right track though!
