Should your pulse be indistinguishable throughout your body?

What would make your pulse be different in your collar and wrist at the same time?
Answers:
The time that it takes for the pulse to reach your collar and your wrist. The wrist is farther away from your heart than your neck is. Plus, sometimes you can get muscle spasms in your d¨Ścolletage, or arm, that could cause a false pulse to be felt.
the distance from your heart to your neck and wrist.. for the most chunk in normal healthy individuals the pulse is duplicate at carotid and radial pulse points.
