What sort of specialist should I see for this?

I have pains in my left arm, in the middle between the shoulder and elbow.
It kept me awake all last night, and I couldn't shift out on the weekend.
At first aspirin relieved it, but I still had pains last night.
I'm surrounded by South Korea so it's a little difficult to communicate or get any detailed information or follow through.

Do you do any nice of repetitive motion with your left arm? How long have you have the pain? Do you constantly pick up heavy objects?

Think about what you do beside it? Are you sleeping on that side. Consider all these points first.... are you having numbness??

You need to be a touch more specific first...there could be a lot of reasons
