Can you guys please comfort me near my "pill-swallowing" problem? Explanation provided.?
I have difficulty swallowing medicine that comes in the form of pills. Every time, I conclusion up choking even if I try to swallow it with a lot of water. This have proved to be very inconvenient of times. I know this seems like a to some extent silly question but if you can help me I would be very grateful. A best answer will be chosen. Thank you greatly much.

Wrap up the pill in bread, and swallow the bread.
OR dissolve the pill surrounded by water. It'll taste vile, but It'll get the employment done.
When I was younger I would other eat apple sauce when I had to take pills. I would put the pill contained by a spoonful of apple sauce and just swallow quickly so it felt resembling I was just eating the apple sauce. I did like with yogurt to. Sometimes i would even just mix it in next to the little bit of apple sauce or yogurt I was eating So I wouldn't know exactly when I would get it.

I had the exact same problem as you when I was younger. It got to the point that even my little sister be swallowing them and I wasn't.
So one day I just closed my eyes tight, threw in the pill, and chugged an entire cup of water. Water spilled down my face and onto my clothes and it was a struggle, but eventually it did budge down.
Once I did it that first time, the rest was so easy and I laughed at myself for not person able to do it.
So, all you can do is just chug as much marine as you can and force it down, it's not going to do anything to you. Once you do it for the first time you'll be able to do it again and again.
Plus, think of it this way. If you be ever sent to the hospital and needed to take pills you would have to. They probably wouldn't crush them up every time.
Maybe you're swallowing reflex is up too soon? Practice swallowing ice pieces the size of your thumb and half as long. If you have trouble, the piece will defrost and you won't die. If you master it, swallowing pills will seem easy by comparison.
I had a similar problem. Here's the solution. Put the water in your mouth first (a possibly substantial amount). Put your head back slightly, so the liquid moves to the vertebrae of your mouth. Open your mouth and drop the pill in, and swallow. You'll barely notice the pill going down. Source(s): Experience.
