Are these regular side effects from Methylphenidate?

I went to the doctor to get checked for mental illnesses and he gave me methylphenidate 20 mg sa tason. I took it as instructed; one surrounded by the morning.

However I am feeling depressed from it and less motivated work or study. Lost interest in doing things I would typically love doing.

I also noticed some abdominal pain; nervousness; loss of appetite; drowsiness; insomnia; confusion; anxiety; hair loss; increased heart rate; etc. though my heart rate seemed to be a bit normal the subsequent days.

i really hoped this made sense and maybe someone can help me.

impression depress and being clinically depressed are two different things.

but over the past decade there have been an explosion of people labeled with depression a short time ago for pure marketing reasons.

methyphenidate is an addictive drug, maybe the doctor expected you came within just for something like that, and is pandering to your wishes.
