Can i acquire into medication?

im 18 and studying AS levels in chemistry, biology, media psychology and A2 urdu, I get a grade B in urdu AS already. (40 points ucas)
In my first exams i got
U contained by biology
U in chemistry
E in psychology
I know they are very discouraging but if I resat a year and got A's or B's with work experiance vouluntary work and so on
do i stand a chance?

I'm unfamiliar with where on earth you're studying and the particular circumstances, but in the US, you have your entire college occupation to polish your GPA and grades, and you need to do very well on the MCAT.
