How do i find my nouns style on properly?
i just got set with an nouns cast for a severe ankle sprain (which hurts like ****, mind you) and ill own it for the bare minimum time of 10 days, and that's if it heals miraculously because its very drastically bad (put my whole body weight on it when i fell.) and i cant put extremely much weight on it unless i go verrrry verrrrryyy slowly.
when i do it up, its either too loose and my muscles save trying to move it and it moves, and that hurts, or its snug and i cant move it but my ankle hurts because of the pressure. ive tried adjusting it to in between alot and its not working. (by the road, my ankles the size of a baseball, so its kinda poofed up. apparently its blood thats gotten out of torn tissue, but its HUGE)
and yes i am putting ice on it exactly as the doctor told me to. but i cant walk with the aircast on or wander on crutches (due to a very very clumsy nature and unpromising balance, which got me into this whole mess contained by the first place)
any suggestions on how i can put my air cast on so it doesnt hurt? (doctor told me to put it on so dont tell me that if my ankles this puffed up i shouldnt be wearing it)
Answers:
Yes you can wear it, but as long as your ankle is still that swollen theres no instrument you going find a setting that both supports and doesn't hurt. So you gotta suck up the pain or find a wheel chair contained by lieu of the crutches.
Or else some very nice friends to take you everywhere.
