Why am I other tired?
I usually go to bed early in the evening, such as 9 o'clock, and get up up at 7 o'clock the next morning. I think I have a quite good sleep, I don't have any problem getting to sleep, and I don't usually wake up within the middle of the night. But usually early the next daylight, sometimes before noon, I feel tired, resembling I want to go to bed. I have a fairly mundane diet, not terribly healthy, but not complete junk food. I also exercise at most minuscule 3 times a week, so I don't understand why I am always so tired.

This happen to my father when I was younger and almost ruined his life. He was constantly tired and other needed to nap. He missed family events, memories and so much more because of his constant sleep deprivation, even though he was sleeping 7-8 hours a hours of darkness.
My father ended up having diabetes, which actually cause you to be tired. Do you have a family history of diabetes? I would ask relatives to see if anyone in your home has had any type of diabetes, and when they got it. Its also a apt idea to go to the doctor to get tested for it as it a short time ago might save your life.
