How different is my energy expectancy than when I be born?

When I was born in 1985, the life expectancy for males be 71. Now in 2009, the life expectancy is 75. Based on the current trend, in 2050, male's duration expectancy is 81. So is my life expectancy for right now 71 or higher than 71? Basically do you walk by the life expectancy of your birth year, or for the current year?

These statistics also take into account infant mortality (which is sophisticated than the general population). So now that I have passed infancy, my time expectancy should be higher, correct?

I just used this calculator and it said that my life expectancy is 77:

Is this item accurate? Thanks!
Answers:
"into account infant mortality (which is higher than the general population)"
Yes and No
" into justification infant mortality" Yes the change in age has to do next to the fact that you survived to your current age, while several people died growing to that age pulling the average down. Those remaining have a superior expectancy.
" (which is higher than the general population)" No. These days in the United States, if you thieve the whole general population in which within are 75 year old people dying, the death rate of infants is lower.
I enjoy just this week been reading a book ["Against the Gods"] which is a discussion of the concept of measuring risk and surrounded by it is a table showing the numbers in the first life expectancy table from figures gather in London for the period 1604-1623 and figures from 1993 for the US. Of 100 populace born 63 would still be alive at age 6 in the older figures while 99 would be alive at age 6 within 1993 (and at age 16).
Your higher life expectancy is both a factor of the shifting average and improvements in fell care - a person who got cancer ten years ago have a lower life expectancy than if you got it 30 years from now.
If you look at the numbers, you will find that someone who certainly makes it to 75 will still have an expectancy of 15 or 20 more years.
yes that should be accurate. The life expectancy is constantly shifting due to scientific advancements and our general medical solutions increasing on a daily basis. So for your life expectancy to be higher than the average right now is expected. It's around what? 71 right? that should be for ancestors near the end :D
