Is here such entity as an over the counter anti inflammatory?

i have TMJ and my jaw hurts a lot
i dont want discomfort medication because anti inflammitory works just fine but i keep asking my dentist and i think he think im addicted to my medication haha

so if there are any what are they and where can i buy them?
