Non-major surgery excuse?

Okay... I have to ask my BRAND NEW BOSS that is just hiring me for three days sour for surgery/medical. I will have a real doctor's note but it will not specify what type of doctor's department it was or what was done and I don't want to tell them the truth.

What's a correct excuse for a non-major surgery that will require three days off? I want to give them advanced notice, so it can't be a total emergency.
Answers:
just inform them there's something that's gotta be done; Quick and easy.
You have a problem with your septum and you have sleeping problems. You cannot focus at work if you do not find a good nights sleep ;]
Your employer does not hold the right to know your medical information. "Minor surgery" is all that is necessary. It isn't his/her business. No requirement to lie. Lies usually come back to bite you in the butt anyway.

If you hold a male boss, you can always say "feminine issues", and they usually don't want to hear anything more. :)
