If you own low blood pressure, is it possible to bleed too much to know how to progress into surgery?

Could it be possible if you had so low blood pressure that you couldn't get surgery to diagnose a different problem? (You would bleed too much?)
Answers:
If you're surrounded by hypovolemic shock, you may need emergency surgery to plug the leaks. No, when you're dying, you don't go for elective surgery. You fix the problem that's massacre you, and the other problem becomes a secondary concern.
I actually suspect this is the answer to the request for information you asked but not the question you meant to ask. I can't for the life of me amount, though, what that might be.
It is possible, if there is another condition that keep your blood from clotting. A low blood pressure it just that. The next question is: is it a commonplace low blood pressure or is it from a disorder? My mother has vasodepressive syncope (low blood pressure), but she also has ITP (a blood clotting disorder). This makes surgery for her a bit dicey, but it's possible. On it's own, I don't' regard low blood pressure would keep you from having surgery. Especially if it was needed.
The cause of the low blood pressure wishes to be found and treated. If the low BP is from a hemorrhage that needs to be surgically closed then surgery may be indicated although the mortality will be high. Usually the merciful will be stabilized with IV fluids, vasopressors, blood transfusion if needed to bring the pressure up and then take the forgiving to the OR.
