How regularly can I cart ativan? (.5mg)?

I got four pills of ativan, the doctor tells me to take one 30 minutes since when I need it, but I'm worried it may not be enough. This is the first time I'm taking it, but you honestly don't know how bad my anxiety get when I have to present. Basically I want to take one before I step to bed, then I'd like to take two simultaneously 30 minutes past I present. Is that OK?

I go to bed at 12 AM, and my presentation will happen around 11AM - 12PM.

People are tranqed with approach more than that, so you won't face any problems. I am pretty sure the halflife of ativan is such that taking it 11 hours before is going to do almost nothing.

Drinking coffee will probably freshly make you more anxious. Caffeine will raise your heartrate.
