What suppliment include GLUCOSE?
I am taking Coenzyme & Omega3, but I need more energy for brain.

Glucose is a constituent of sugar, hon. It is in sucrose (table sugar), fructose (in fruits, fruit juice, and most processed foods), lactose (in any dairy product) and starch (any starchy "carb" food like bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc).
You shouldn't worry about glucose intake unless you are on an extremely carb-restrictive diet close to Atkins. On those low-carb diets, your carb intake is so low that your brain can suffer from a lack of energy. If you eat a more run of the mill diet, your brain gets plenty of glucose.
I work at GNC and am somewhat of a nutrition guru (i plan on majoring in nutrition when i attend college) and the best item for optimal brain function is ginko biloba, an herb that helps open the receptors in brain. This will facilitate sharpen your wits. We sell a ton of it at GNC and its really good for you. Im not sure what "coenzyme" is unless you are referring to Coenzyme Q10 (or Co Q10 for short). And omega3's are great for your cardiovascualr system in broad so keep taking that, but a broader range of the omega's would be better so you may want to consider a good fish grease supplement or some flax seed oil. Oh, and one other thing, the ginko biloba does almost the exact same entry as glucose, only it isnt sugar so you dont have to worry in the region of your insulin levels (if you are diabetic) or your IGF-1 (insuline-like growth factor). This is important because although increasing your IGF-1 can be beneficial to some, it actually cause your body to store fat. So stick with ginko biloba, not glucose
