I have need of to run a drug audition to work contained by Jewel?

So where do I go take a drug testing? Cause they gave me the form and stuff but I dont know where to go to rob it. I thought you could go with you normal doctor, but I dont know? (By the passageway I live in Chicago)

Call the store back and ask to speak the book keeper. They will give an account you where the approved lab is, if you don't have the info sheet from them already.

**I work for Albertsons (same company as Jewel) you need to stir to an occupational facility not a private doctor out here. I would assume its the same in IL.
ask them where on earth they want you to go. i assume they are paying for it...you can always check Lab Corp
