How long does magnesium citrate clutch to work?
I took a 10oz. bottle at around 6pm and it's now 9:30pm still nothing!?! I took the correct adult dosage it said 10oz. The stuff is horrible if you enjoy ever had it. It took me about 30 minutes to drink it! I just get the impression really bloated and my tummy is making grumbling noises. So I was just wondering how much longer until it works? Oh and yes I own been drinking LOTS of water.
